Hey everyone, hoping someone here or a Verizon rep can help before my 30-day window (Nov 4) runs out.
Ordered 5 lines on Oct 5 — deal was 4 free iPhone 17s (256GB), activation fees waived, and a $200 gift card.
Agent said only one phone payment went through, so he cancelled part of the order and made a new one under a “shell account,” promising both would be merged and all promos would stay.
Now my lines are split between two accounts under the same SSN, and Verizon says I have to wait 30 days to transfer — but apparently their system doesn’t allow transfers between same-SSN accounts, so I’m basically stuck paying more than I should.
I’ve spent 15+ hours on calls/chats and just keep getting bounced around.
I just need all 5 lines on one account with the original promos honored and billing fixed.
Anyone dealt with this? Any Verizon rep who can escalate it or get a case owner before my 30 days are up?
