I left Verizon in 2022, and moved all my devices to another carrier. I was just trying to activate my Apple Watch and the new carrier is saying VERIZON is showing it as lost/stolen and it's never been lost nor stolen - and now it's "bricked" in terms of using it for cell service because Verizon is reporting it incorrectly. The telephone rep from Verizon today told me that it was IMPOSSIBLE for Verizon to remove it from the blacklist. It's MY WATCH and it's in MY POSSESSION! This has to be illegal...
Is this how Verizon operates? Wow... who do I contact? The government, a lawyer, What the heck???
