My Fios Email and Phone Verification Not Working

Looking for some sort of help here...

Over the last few weeks I've been attempting to change the notification email address and phone number associated with my Fios account.  Ok... so I go in to Account Settings, click "Edit" on Primary Email and Phone Number and change them to the new email and phone number. I then click verify on email, receive the verification email, and "successfully verify" according to the link, but the email doesn't say "Verified" under it. In fact, it reverts to the old email and phone the very next day.

What is going on and can anyone help? I've reached out to Verizon support 2 times about this and they "successfully changed" the information... but nothing has changed the same thing keeps happening. I have done this several times in Chrome and Edge.

Any help is appreciated.
