My Verizon Assistant infinite loading

Hello, after updating the My Verizon App on March 19th, the Verizon Assistant does not load fully. All it does is show the loading screen for a long time and doesn't load to the next area. I am unsure if it is a server issue or if the app needs another update.

Yes, it happens on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, must be server issues

I can only disable the app, My Verizon came with the phone as it was bought at a Verizon store
