It’s been a couple of weeks now, every time I login into my Verizon account no information shows up.
I tried with different computers, browsers, iPhone, IPad and Verizon app.
i spent hours chatting with support with no success.
At this point I’m really disappointed, I cannot even redeem my offers because the page is empty as well.
Hopefully leaving a message here will make a difference and somebody will really manage this issue
