So i just switched to verizon and all of my new phones have been activated and my numbers have been ported over from a different carrier but my issue is i cant access my “my verizon” account when i log in it says “account created successfully you’ll have full access to the my verizon features once your account owner line is activated “ all my lines are activated and the account owner (my line) is also activated so I don’t know what else to do

Have you tried creating a new account on My Verizon using your phone number (since it's the Account Owner's number) as if you'd never signed up for an account ever? I think what happened the first time you registered on My Verizon is the system had not refreshed itself to reflect you are a new customer, and so you only got a guest account the first time. Guest accounts can't have anything added to them and are not "real" ones. If the system refuses to let you sign up again, a Verizon agent needs to delete the guest account, and then you'll be able to register again.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
