I have been with Verizon for almost 35 years many of them as a business account with several lines and always paid my bill. The past 3-4 years this company has gone down hill so bad that I am considering of moving to a different one. It's so sad to see what they have become. My list of complaint is very long. From customer service never keeping their promises to my bill being higher then it should be. Every call is a minimum an hour with promises that often are broken to promise to receive a call from a supervisor that is never happens. Today I filed 2 complains. One with the BBB and the other is with the FCC. This is not the first time I file a complaint with the BBB about issues with them. As I am writing this I was on a phone call with yet another representative for 53 minutes waiting for a supervisor I was promised a call from earlier today but never got that call so I called again and was hung up on after being on the phone with him for 53 min. I am committed to try and expose this in every way that I can.
