NO SERVICE, NO RESOLUTION

I usually don’t complain in forums, but this is crazy. I’ve had no service for most of September. If I didn’t have home internet, I wouldn’t even be able to come on here! It happens all different times of the day/night. Right now it’s 11:15 am and I haven’t been able to make or receive call or texts since last night. I have countless screenshots I’ve taken as evidence, but it doesn’t seem to matter. Verizon still wants me to pay a bill when I have BARELY even used my phone all month, except to call 611 the few times I’m lucky to catch a few bars. I have lost business, and customers’ trust. I fear for my family if I am away and there should ever be an emergency. I’ve spoken to customer service a dozen times. It’s crazy that I’m still expected to continue paying for service I am not receiving. I’m wondering if it’s just me, or if other people are facing this issue.

beyonddisgruntled, this is far from the experience that we want for you, and we're so sorry to read about the service issues you've been experiencing. We'd love to take a closer look into this right away, and help find a solution. Please tell us, does this happen only at home? If so, does service improve when you leave the area? What signal do you usually see on your device?
