I need the address. I returned a phone to Verizon which was changed over from Tracfone to Verizon. I then had problems with the phone so Verizon said to return it and was sent a refurbished phone as a replacement. The phone that I had after receiving the replacement was SENT BACK WITHIN the 5 days. IT WAS ACKNOWLEDGED BY VERIZON as BEING RECEIVED!!!!! It was received at a warehouse. Now, almost a month later Verizon claims they never got it. Unfortunately, once it was received I got rid of the information. So, who ever received a replacement from Verizon and needs to send an item back, KEEP EVERYTHING FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Or, they WILL CLAIM THAT IT WAS NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
