Hi, retired recently and company said I could keep my cell number. They're dragging their feet getting the Verizon account number and PIN to me though.
Understandably, Verizon won't give it to me. They also won't give me the name of the contact at my company to call. I assume I'm dead in the water until when/if my company finally gives me that info. Just thought I'd throw this out there in case someone has been through this and has some input. Thanks.

If your employer was paying for the line, you'll have to keep wrangling with them until they transfer the account details over to you. Otherwise, they still own the line and there isn't anything you can do.
