Need help

So I thought representative had canceled my whole order out n which. They didn't I ordered 3 phone from them in April or may and they input my address wrong and didn't know until the day they shuld of been delivered n I called to track em I was told that the phones got Sent bakk to them due to be undeliverable so they did get em bakk n put em bakk n i was also told by verizon representative that they culdnt not update address for redelivery I would have to reorder the phone I kindly told her no I didn't wanna do that n to cancel my order out and this was all in  4 days tops nothing over I didn't even active them didn't even receive em but yet am still getting billed for what when the received the phones all bakk the way they had sent them out how do I fix this
