I recently changed my phone number that I OWNED for about 20 years on 07/10. I need to get access to my previous month's call log and the rep I spoke to was completely uncooperative and REFUSED to put a supervisor on the line. I had that number which I'm sure they have access to when I owned it and need to retrieve a few items from it. What can I do with this EXTREMELY unsupportive company that I actually may consider to drop?

We definitely want to make sure you have access to your call log. Have you tried through your billing statement? It contains all calls made during the billing period.

It is always good to know your options stinger161. In this case, it is not necessary to do this, as you can view your past bills in PDF format which shows the breakdown of calls made each month. You can find more information here as well: http://spr.ly/6603lkpeW

As referenced by the VZW rep in another post, you need to review the PDF copy of your bills. The call log will be available there and separated by the phone number active at the time of calls received or sent. Missed calls and unanswered calls won't be listed. The data might still be available on your phone itself if that is available.
Also, if you have previously setup a system to backup your call logs and save a copy of them to a cloud account or the phone itself, you could check that record. That's an option I have utilized for a number of years now as a second record for my calls. Saving a copy of my VZW bills is the first record system.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
