I joined on with Verizon a year ago. I have since stopped using the service.
1. My bill was promised to be significantly less than a competitor and it turned out to be more expensive,
2. My phones, mine and my husbands, never worked right. In fact, he has used his older phone for about a year now bc his phones battery swoll up. (He’s a teacher, , it never leaves his bag all day. Can’t get in touch with him. There’s no reason why his phone should have swoll up!)
3. My phone- Glitches, skips up, will not work sometimes at all. I’ll have to hard reset it.
4. My watch- the crown has been broken since January. I hardly Wore it bc I don’t wear it when I work Come on really?! It broke already?!
I mean one to two months and all the merch is broken or subpar and I gotta pay Full price for your junk you sold me??? Why is it a coincidence that all these products coming from your store is broken?
When i went to the store asking for help, they just told me to file a claim. I had JUST BOUGHT ALL THE STUFF FROM YOU!
5.. my account with Verizon has never NEVER been able to log me in right. Despite speaking to about 4 people for an hour each, as they guaranteed they could help. God bless them they tried. Never could fix that.
6. I get a bill for full price on my broken junk y’all sold me? Nahhh no way! I don’t believe it! Really??? What a shame. What a shame!
