So I recently signed up for Verizon Business. Not a good idea! I purchased a couple of products for my business to run smoother, I even paid for next day shipping. They took my payment right away, sent me a order receipt. I waited on a email confirmation maybe a tracking number how about an account number but I never received anything so I tried calling, only to be passed around from one rep to another saying the same thing "we have to transfer you to business accounts" yea well they won't help me with no account information. Finally after 20 different reps one rep said I see an order but it didn't go through. So I explained well my bank account saids otherwise. And immediately the phone cuts off. Verizon I don't even want your service I'm better off without it, I'm not even a customer and I can tell this partnership won't work just give me my money back and let me do business somewhere else.
