Did anyone else get the National Growth Offer Verizon was offering new customers in March?
The offer I was promised was, 4 new lines and 4 free phones for Welcome customers for $100 a month.
Verizon had this promotion going in March2025. I signed up through Chat for the deal. However,
Every bill so far has been wrong. I’ve been over charge by $20 a month. When I called customer service about this, they know nothing about this offer? How can a billion dollar company not know what promotions they offer? I have screen shots of my chat conversation with them. They still can’t find the right offer. I had a customer service supervisor on the phone the same time as I was in a chat with a rep. The supervisor was dumbfounded as to what was the promotion. The chat person was more helpful, but the still have it messed up.

Any prices displayed on the website or advertised over the media elsewhere for service plans don't include taxes and fees. I suspect you are getting the $25/month per line as stated in the promotion, but the extra $20 is for taxes and fees.

That’s not what is going on here. $100 + taxes and fees should put it @$122 a month, which I’m fine with. My bill keeps coming up @$142. They are not taking off the National Growth Promotion of $5 a line at 4 line = $20. They can’t seem to find that promotion they were offering,(conveniently)

I'll be honest, I haven't heard of this promotion before either, and I'm here pretty much every day. Maybe it was something offered locally, and you would have needed to go to a corporate Verizon store in your area to get the promotion? If you signed up via online chat, whomever it was could've been overseas and couldn't see the promotion.

I looked elsewhere on the internet, and this promotion was called "4 On Us" or "National Growth Pricing Offer" (NGPO). As the OP stated, it is 4 lines of Unlimited Welcome for $100/month plus taxes and fees, and new iPhone 16 Pro phones. The disclaimers are that you must trade in old phones when porting in from elsewhere, plus you must use paperless billing and autopay. The autopay discount is a little tricky to get: only Verizon Visa or direct ACH transaction from your bank account qualify for the discount. If you don't trade in any phones or there was some issue with the trade-ins (never received or not a qualifying trade-in), then that would also cause the bill to be higher.
