I have had the 5G Play More plan for years and I love it. The plan includes the disney bundle and Google play pass. Well verizon does not stop trying to get me to switch my plan. Texts, emails, customer service, you name it. I don't want to. The new plans are more money and you get less for your money. Why would I switch to pay more than what I am paying now? Well verizon took another step to bully me into switching my plans. Now they say my $10 auto pay discount is going g down to $5, but if I switch to the new plans it would be $10. I have been a customer with verizon for a decade and this may have pushed me over the edge. Verizon is not the same verizon from years ago. The prices are going up, the quality is not the same, customer service has plummeted, and the service isn't as good. And now they are going to start giving me less of an auto pay discount? All to force me to switch plans so they can get more money. Unbelievable. I think it's time to look at other providers. Seriously Verizon? I'm so over it.

I have the 5G Play More plan which suits my needs very well. I have had the same experience with it. Now I just received an email from Disney that the price is going up. That is OK prices seldom go down, however it also implies that the Disney+ is going away on October 17 for the plans Get and Play More. That is not clear in the email directing me to the Verizon site for more info. I have not been able to find any information on this site or in My Verizon for my account. Is Disney giving me info about my Verizon plan before anything from Verizon? If true I would appreciate getting any plan changes first from Verizon since they are who I am paying for the plan.

Iโve been with Verizon for over 25 years having started in Alaska. Verizon is failing its own customers. Iโve been with the Get More plan since the plan started. We are being pushed off this plan for inferior plans that cost more. Verizonโs customer service has been terrible and getting worse. Iโm paralyzed and my life expectancy is much less than my wifeโs so I stay with Verizon for her sake. However, I would advise anyone else to leave this self serving abusive company!

Same here. Time to move to T Mobile i guess after 18 years. Increased my bill by $5, taking away my streaming bundle, and now it's a 3 year commitment to get a new phone. On top of that my coverage is terrible. Thir map show 5G at my house, but I have to use wifi even make a phonecall! 1 mile around my house is a complete dead zone.

I have the same problem with my phone service with Verizon. Iโve always had good phone service at my house now I have dead areas throughout my home. I also live very close to a cell tower. Youโre also right about the 36 months to pay off a new phone. Even Xfinity as mercenary as they are offer 24 months for the same phones. Verizon used to have the best costumer service in the business now they are as bad as Xfinity and thatโs saying something.

I just changed our 3 lines and two iPads as well as the Disney package from the โget moreโ plan to another plan and pay about $10.00 less than I was. My customer service person was outstanding. So I am less annoyed and frustrated than I was. But this took way too long and had a bunch of bad agents. I truly hope they improve.
