No call log

Starting this morning I can no longer access my call log for current billing cycle. I have tried in app and browser. It is for both lines on my account. I see this is a common issue. Anyone else currently having trouble or have suggestions for fixing?

Yes, I have the same problem.  And it's getting worse in the last few months.  It used to be that the call/message logs would be missing for a day or two at the end of my billing cycle.  Now it's happening for about 10 days straight each month.  Verizon knows about it.  BUT if you chat with an agent or talk to customer service, they'll almost always be shocked that this is happening, assure you that it's not happening to any other customers, and in fact that they've never heard of this before.  I'm fed up with it and am considering switching to another carrier.
