No service no resolve aftwr 11 days

I have not had service on any of my 4 lines for 10 days now, I have been to the store got the new,sim,cards as instructed, reset rebooted untill I'm blue in the face, Ive been a customer for something like 10 years, never had a issue or payment issue, I missed a payment got disconnected paid upto date, and I have got the run around for 10 days, I have called,every day, I am still getting the run around, with these useless escalated tickets that keep getting kicked back for fun I guess...

 

All my devices worked,before the cut off, now Verizon all the sudden had issues with their own equipment I bought from them, and one other device that's been on their service for about two years, Im am sick and tired of restarting and reseting network configs and more restarting, ITS CLEARLY NOT A DEVICE ISSUE MORE A ISSUE WITH PERSONEL OR PROVIDER SIDE SOFTWARE, WE ARE AT 11 DAYS NOW, AND I STILL HAVE NO,SERVICE, I vuess I will complain to,the F.C.C and B.B.B for starters firstly including the names of all the people that have given me the simple basic generic steps they are told to by their employer, none of which have helped, and Verizon wont let you speak to anyone that is higher up,than teir2 support, and whoever they are , would be the ones responsible for disregarding trouble tickets with a generic response that has nothing to do,with my issue and just repeats the same useless generic blah blah blah , giod job, no one at verizon is actually tech savvy, but da$$ good at reading back basic generic troubleshooting steps that havent done the job.

 

FoR THE LOVE OF GOD, WOULD A ACTUAL TECH LOOK AT,MY ACCOUNT ,and I mean a guy that has a ham radio, a soldering iron,a multimeter,Oscope, a complete tech nerd, a guy that when the tv on the wall blows up he takes it apart and fixes it kind of guy, that guy, please have him contact me Im sick and tired of being run around AND RESRTING REBOOTING CHASING SIM CARDS,ITA OLD AND USELESS, if described tech above dorsnt exist or is too busy, I'll give some other pvone companu,$400 a,month instead of VZW..

And sorry for all my grammatical errors, they only are anger driven, I could care less to prooof read anything, I'm sure glad these people that give out blanket troubleshooting tips can sleep at night, 11 days with no service is insane, a first for me....

 

Someone not telling the truth is the feeling I,get hundreds of other people could be having the same issue, if they are it's unknown to me currently....

 

Would you please stop,giving me the run around and all these generic troubleshooting steps, I will not under any circumstance reboot,reset,resim another one of my devices ever again, Im done with the resetting and other useless... One dude on the phone asked me if I wanted to,sign up for some insurance cra$, I told him you fix my phones I'll sign up, so told me my phones will work after mid ight, which was a little off, so I signed up, I should have waited till midnight but w/e so he signed me up and got his little spiff off that, well I intend to,cancel that and write a complaint about him, put that in your pipe, and dont be a liar just to profit $10.00 thats sorry....

 

That happens when you offer spiffs as a reward, your employess will lie to sell,a,product to make a extra buck, all I,can say is karma...

 

Maybe VZw's customer appreciation has gone out the window or all the people that used to,care got replaced.
