Yall recently started doing home internet in my area and since then I have no service unless I'm on wifi I can't make calls I can't do nothing and it's ridiculous I'm not paying this month's bill on a phone I can't use

Mike9653, we're always moving to improve and update things, but for sure don't want things to go in a negative direction for anyone. I'm sorry you've been having some issues. We can troubleshoot and take a look at things together. Based on your post, it sounds like this an issue related to being indoors/close to home. Can you share more details on what you're seeing?
