I purchased Fios and went to redeem my offer for a chromebook and $100 credit on the Samsung store many times, but the link wasn't working when I got to the Samsung store (occasionally the laptop would work but the prepaid credit was nowhere to be found). I chatted with a rep at Verizon and a rep at Samsung and the rep at Samsung suggested it was a technical issue on your side.
Please send me a working link ASAP or walk through another solution as it's been over a month since I was meant to be able to redeem this offer.
