Number Transfer Pin

My wife and I joined Verizon on Monday Aug 6th and have had terrible service ever since. By Tuesday afternoon my wife asked me to move us back to Google Fi.  We live in the Kansas City Metro and the area we live in has almost no service. When I went back to the Verizon store and brought this up the gentleman who helped me tried to talk me into your in home WiFi product "at a discount". I have Google Fiber, have had it since 2014 and have no plans on leaving it. So, no to your Wifi. I just want good, dependable cell service and for the price I'm being charge it should be better than what I had before. IT IS NOT!!!  So, I want to move our numbers back to Google FI.

I’ve been trying to generate a number transfer pin for since Wednesday morning now and haven’t been able to. I’ve used the #port number and then clicked the link it sends and tried to generate the number transfer pin on both a browser and the app with no luck.  Now all I get is this error message:  "You've made too many attempts to generate a number transfer PIN. Please try again later."  But no where does it tell how much later.

Yes, I’ve made sure both numbers (mine and my wife's) are unlocked and I’ve even tried to contacted support with no luck. Can someone please help?  Again, I do not want to remain a Verizon customer, I just want to port my numbers back to Google Fi and I'm tried  the poor service I'm not getting from VZW customer support!
