One more Costco/Verizon experience

I am having the same issue as many on here.  I was supposed to get $250 per line in Costco gift cards.  I switched 4 lines from At&T in June 2023.  I have spent COUNTLESS hours in person at Costco and Verizon as well as on the phone.  All I ever get is “we will escalate your issue”.  And if you don’t hear from us by such and such date then give us a call back!  I’ve had to do that at least a dozen times. I’m hoping you can help.  The entire transfer process and now this promotion has been a nightmare.   I’m ready to go stand in front of the Verizon kiosk at Costco with a sign that says their promotions are a fraud.  And show people all the posts on here complaining about it.

Every time I call or text Verizon about this issue (over 8 times now) I have been told “I will escalate this up for you” I have never heard anything from Verizon about this issue. It is always me that has to reach out to you and every time I am told “ I will escalate this up for you”. I am seriously considering exercising my first amendment rights and having T-shirts and signs made that say “Verizon/Cosco Deal is a flat out LIE” and wear them inside the store and advise would be customers of my problems with your customer service that I have received!! Thank you for any help you can provide me.

Having the same issue, how to claim this $200 x 5 = $1000 promotion.   Spending too much time without any answers.   Apparently it’s supposed to show up on MyVerizon.  Can’t find it.  This is at least a misrepresentation.  Anyone at Verizon……..help!

Nobody will tell you that the digital cards come to your email through costco.  90 days plus 2 weeks from when you purchased your phone.

Verizon was absolutely no help and just continued to give us the run around.  It was finally our persistence with Costco customer service in person and on the phone that resolved our issue.  They finally sent our issue far enough up the customer service chain of command and we got it fixed.  So to all that are still having this issue don’t waste your time with Verizon’s run around and just keep pestering Costco!  They went above and beyond to make it right!

I have been on countless phone calls,  and in person at Verizon kiosk in Costco as well, since Black Friday.

I purchased 5 lines at a promise that my phone bill will be less than $190.00 and all the iPhone 14  will be free. I was promised 5 Costco cards at $250.00 plus Verizon visa gift card @$200 each line for porting over 5 phone numbers.

Until this day I have not received any Verizon cards and I only received one $250 Costco card. Not 5 as promised.

Not to mention that the phones were supposed to be free and they have billed me for 4 of the phones, running my bill up to $600 a month for the pass 4 months one bill came as high a $1200. I am demanding a refund of all the bills that I have previously paid against my will. 

When I call the rep at Costco Lake Elsinore, she told me to wait 3 months and then the bill will come down and adjust. That was a whole lie. They even continued to bill me for the previous 5 phone numbers plus the 5  lines that I ported leaving me with a $1200 bill for 10 lines.  Not to mention that I was charged a $210.00 activation fee which I was told that there is no activation fee for black Friday, It is a nightmare. Unresolved.
