I've been a customer of Verizon for 3 years now and I must say that the entire online ordering experience is hugely lacking. This has been on ongoing issue each and every time I place an online order. I've had my orders mixed up which messes up my bill and there is the issue with customer service over the phone not fully comprehending what it is that I am having trouble with. The online system and Verizon's system needs a complete overhaul, there are too many frequent problems with this. After this order, I am no longer ordering anything else with Verizon online, even if they fixed this issue. I needed to rant because I have had a very frustrating experience yesterday going into the store because the phone agent set up an appointment for something I was not asking for.
