Order cancelled by Verizon, charged for it; account management not allowed while pending order that doesn't exist

So I get "private messages" from so called support on an order Verizon cancelled but have pending on my account for almost 30 days. Can't reply because it says I've met the max of messages. So how does anyone actually fix a problem if you cannot respond?

Every forum I've ever been on (I've been on forums somewhere for over 20 years) has a limit on how many private messages you can have. Go into your inbox and your sent folders, and delete some of the older messages you don't need anymore and it'll work again.
