I placed an upgrade to a Pixel 8 online with a sales person, the transaction was completed, and sales tax paid by credit card, and credit card co verified it. After 9 days no notices or new phone I checked my account. The transaction number was listed and order date, but shipping date blank with a notice order will be shipped soon. After getting past the robot customer service I talked to 4 different people to find that management cancelled the order, no reason given, the tax charge Verizon removed from my credit card. I still have received no notices, the cancelled transaction still shows on my account, no notices etc, from Verizon. I'm going to another carrier, this was beyond rude and inconsiderate. They can keep their phone, I don't like contracts anyway, probably for the best. Goodbye Verizon
