Password doesn't match Verizon's records

For the past week whenever I try to log into my account with my password, Verizon says my password doesn't match their records. After I reset my password, this new password is good only for one day, then the next day it doesn't match Verizon's records. After resetting again, the new password is good only for one day, and I have to reset again the next day.
Anyone else running into this issue?
