I made my scheduled payment arrangement and my service was still disconnected and now they want me to pay even more money to have my service reconnected even though I honored my payment arrangement. I truly hate Verizon services. Their customer service is trash. You can’t get anybody on the phone and half the time my phone is stuck in SOS mode.
