I have been a Verizon customer for over four years and I have attempted once in those four years till today and try to transfer my line to my business to make it a business account that is they told me I could but I would have to pay off my phone and the bill that is currently due to do that. That was the first time today I called again all those requests were done at the end of the hour and 20 minute conversation of gathering my information to make the change they told me they could but they would require $125 for the cell phone and $125 for the apple watch to be transferred to A business account I think Verizon is awful for doing that and it makes them seem very shallow. Cellular provider .Also they would have wanted $104.00 for tax upgrade on cell phone plus the monthly on 30 days service and the increases of pay off for 15 pro max and insurance I wish they could point me to. The money tree..The current phone is paid and the arch and bill is $0 BalโฆHOW COULD THEY COME UP WITH SUCH AN OUTLANDISH SCHEME ON LOYAL CUSTOMERS IS BEYOND UNDERSTANDING ..!!
