I want to start out by saying my fiance and I have been loyal customers for almost 3 years. I recently tried to upgrade my phone and made an order February 18th with a delivery date of February 26th. Come the 26th I checked the status of the delivery and the app had said it was canceled, so I gave customer service a call, the gentleman I talked to told me my order was canceled by the system and I would have to wait for my refund or do another order for the same thing. That made me upset as I had already paid and nothing about the cancelation was my fault. So I told him I would wait, he told me it would he a few days before I got my money, well fast forward to yesterday march 2nd, I still do not have my refund so I call again to see what's going on, only to be told it will be WEEKS before I get my refund, so I decide to go ahead with doing another order so I can get a phone in hand. Try to set it up for instore pick up and they want me to pay 1300 down on a phone because the phone I never received is still on my credit 2 weeks later. Customer service has been anything but helpful and has only offered a small discount off my bill for my time wasted. I say enough is enough and I am now waiting on another order from a different phone company because I am DONE with Verizon.
