Phone is broken, but no alternate 2FA options when trying to sign in.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A42 that has a smashed screen and it is completely inoperable and unsalvageable. I would like to log into my Verizon account to shop for a new phone. However, any time I try to do so, I am given a verification step that involves sending a code to my (BROKEN) phone. The website gives me no other options for authentication, not by email and not even by USPS. I have all information I need to prove who I am, but the website will not allow me to do so.
If anyone from Verizon with account-level access could assist me in accessing my account so I can replace my phone without having to walk to the next city over to go to a store, I would appreciate it greatly.
