Phone locked after 60 days

It has been well over 60 days and numerous calls and begging for help. 2 emails denying unlocking my daughters phone that she bought from a reputable seller. Verizon is holding us hostage. We made a complaint with the FCC. Someone named Jamar reached out and said when is a good time to talk? We messaged back right away. It has been weeks and nothing back from Jamar. I will be reaching back out to the FCC if I don’t hear back this week. In the meantime we have had to pay another large Verizon bill. Is this what it’s about? Stall and do nothing and maybe we will just give up?

Same issue i spent over 3k in phones and still not unlocked even after they private messaged me and looked up my account been dealing with this issue for months and Verizon seems to not care about unlocking phones been through the ringer to fcc did nothing but tell someone to contact me and tell me the same thing nothing they can do on there end maybe of people quit purchasing Verizon services something will change !!
