My phone will not power on for some reason, because of this I cannot use two factor authentication to log into my account, I cannot talk to a live representative because it wants me to log in . How am I supposed to fix this?

I do not understand why Verizon would not offer a 2FA email option.  I am thinking about leaving Verizon due to the fact the Company doesn't understand how this is problematic.

Completely agree with you on needing another option such as emailing for 2FA.  Phones get lost, stolen, and break all the time.  There are some Verizon CS reps who work during the weekdays checking these forums and hopefully one of them will send you a PM where they will ask you to authenticate via a link and then they can get into your account to help you.

I find it incomprehensible that a mobile service provider does not have more than 1 method of 2FA.

Hello,

I would like to login to my Verizon Account so I can look at upgrade options in order to compare to replacing with insurance.  It is a Zflip 3 and the screen split at the fold.  I tried getting a replacement via warranty, this is clearly a manufacturing defect.
