Phone shut off ?..

I have called a couple times this week. The previous reps set up payment arrangements and guaranteed me that the account was ok to pay the past due on 26th. The also set up other payments I didn't agree to that broke. Now I am not able to set up more payments because they fraudulently set up those broken payments. I am being threatened that my service is being shut off. I had an emergency surgery in July. I am behind. I want to pay it on the 19th. You refused my payment for the 19th. I am going into surgery today because I am no longer healing. Everyone in multiple departments refused to take my payment. This is bad business. I have been with you for 20 years. I almost died and you threatened to shut my phone off the day of my surgery and won't take my payment 4 days out because of previous reps errors. I was promised that my account was ok by 2 reps and their supervisors. I also was denied talking to a supervisor yesterday. I was treated unprofessionally by everyone yesterday except by the last rep. Please fix this issue. This is the worst customer service ever! I will be posting how you had this all over the internet.
