Recently upgraded phone. Came in and screen was flashing and blinking. Called about replacement was told would get a new phone they sent a refurbished. Called again promised one thing and got another refurbished. Called yet again after 3hrs on phone was told to activate phone send other back recall in week and would get new phone. Waited a week Called again 3hrs later was told I would get new phone and haven't received anything. Lady didn't give me a order number. Shame to have been with them 13 yrs have 5 lines pay alot every month for this. Could someone tell me what my next step is. I am over the phone calls and lies
