Okay I'm going to make this shirt and simple. I placed an order for an iPhone a couple of days ago. . So now my online / in store pick-up is available after a couple of days upon ordering it. During those couple of days i had lost my ID and couldn't find it . Fast forward to today i went to the DMV office to get a replacement and if you're from California you should know the DMV does not issue same day ID card replacements instead they will give you a receipt of your visit. You sign the application and take a photo and within a couple of weeks later you will get it by mail. So this is where the problems with Verizon come in. I called the store to see and let her know that I had lost my physical ID but I have the replacement receipt on hand including my debit card I used to make the purchase online. Okay this is what she said " oh I'm sorry we can not take your ID. Okay then I would have to wait 2 weeks for my physical ID to arrive and by then my order would be cancel and I would have to do this process all over again. Their policy is such an inconvenience. If you have everything that they're ask you to provide and you show them and now they say they cannot take my ID replacement receipt. I can show them my order which I made online and can provide them my PIN but still they weren't able to help. Mind you the drive over to Verizon was at least a 20 minute drive and i felt they were discriminating me because I'm asian. Verizon you need to fix this issue!!!!
