Every time I try to review my plan information, i get redirected to a screen that says:

Please contact the Verizon Local Business Office.

We're Sorry, we're unable to continue your order at this time.

Please try again later or contact your local Verizon Business Office for assistance.

 

 I tried that approach, and  then spent time with support team logging on multiple browsers, mobile phones and still run into the same issue.

I can view the mobile portion of my account but every time I want to look at anything about my Home plan, i can't view anything and then I am directed to this mysterious Verizon Local Business Office. I want the same transparency for my home internet as I have on my mobile plan. 

If I wanted to add perks or upgrades it's not so clear on MyVerizon. Thanks.

I get this error whenever I try to look at my plan info to cancel the free Disney Plus+ trial. This is not a business account but a regular user account yet I keep receiving the business office message.
