Poor Customer Service, Poor Service In General.

Spent hours with customer service. They lied to me and said my slow data (<1mbps) was due to my grandfathered plan and I needed to upgrade to get better data. Also lied to me and said that tethering was separate from mobile hotspot and that tethering used the unlimited data and not the measly allotment from mobile hotspot. When I changed plans my data speeds did not get any better, in fact they got worse. Upload speeds were 10x higher than download speeds, which tells me that their network can't support the amount of customers they have on it since buying out the only other telecom company in my area and creating a monopoly.

They juggled me from Tier 1 tech coach to customer service to Tier 2 tech coach back to customer service and then back to Tier 1Tech coach who said I need to talk to Tier 2 tech coach. It's a revolving door of wasting your time and being placed on extended holds, of which I was hung up on several times and had to call back and start all over again. I will be ending my service just as soon as I have something else lined up. I have never been so frustrated trying to get a service to work that I have paid for. I'm disgusted right now.
