So after dealing with multiple agents throughout the day, spending hours on the phone with Verizon, this gal that I had at the end was absolutely  dynamite. This gal helped me through everything that everybody else could not, and I was already at my hands. I answered the phone aggressively, and she handled it like an absolute pro. This gal Is an All Star? And I hope that she is taking care of there and paid what she's worth. So thank you " CHESHA"
