Prepaid account after port

I ported my number out of a verizon prepaid account, but there is a second number on the account that has not been ported. I need to adjust the plan of the remaining number, but I can't login to my verizon account anymore, it is gone. I tried creating a new account for the remaining number, but it tells me that's already in an account and to sign in, which it isn't because my old account clearly no longer exists. How do I access my remaining number?

Wow.  I think someone at Verizon is going to have to unlink the 2nd line from your deactivated prepaid account.  Normally, the suggestion is to transfer your service to someone else so they can be the new account owner before porting out an account owner's line in a group account, but prepaid lines cannot be transferred at all.  Try calling Prepaid CS at 888-294-6804.
