Primary Phone not recognized

I've been with Verizon for over 12years.  My Pixel 6a is not listed as a device under my plan and I don't get upgrade offers.  I haven't upgraded with Verizon on years and when I click on offers, my number doesn't even come up.  Nobody seems to be able to fix it.
