hello a month ago I went into a Verizon to pay my phone bill. Right after the guy working text me . He ended up texting me 20 times with no response. When I called Verizon ethics they sounded uninterested they originally didn’t even ask his name . They said someone would contact me it’s been over two weeks. I feel like I should be able to pay my phone bill in person without getting harassed after. The lack of consideration and privacy makes me want to cancel my phone plan. Anyone know what numbers j can call other then Verizon ethics ?
