I have had an intense communications regarding my entering into a promtional trade for new iphone 15. These communications started July 1, 2024 were daily and I have had no resolution as of January 4, 2025. Synchrony VerizonVisaCard billing continues to bill me for returned phones and the value of my buyback agreements. The Verizon Visa does not honor the fact that my buy back was an immediate transaction with my bank. I have had a nightmare existance with Verizon having highest stress because of threat to be taken to collections for merchandise returned, buy back agreement adjustment, adjustment to reflect I want no perks want basic level want no insurance just want basic service. Every day, several times a day I had intense and disturbing ans useless online chats, useless phone calls, text messages day and night asking for more info. I logged over 500 text messages. Verizon Visa and Verizon billing do not synch. Verizon Visa thinks I still have the iphones returned and wants to charge me for buy back agreements. After being tormented and attempting for six months to sort this billing nightmare I now need to contend with Verizon Visa because adjustments were not transmitted to Synchrony Bank Verizon Visa
After all of this I end up with my old iPhone 13.
