I ordered internet for this promotion which I asked about before ordering and was told I qualify and will receive. I never got a tile and dealing with customer service has been a nightmare. Some told me I would get it and then now all they say is I'm not eligible. At the 60 day mark I reached out asking for help because I didn't see tiles on my app. I was sent a link to sign up for the gift card and was told to wait til day 65 for the switch. I signed up for the gift card, but the switch tile never appeared. When the gift card came I realized it was a VERIZON gift card, not target. I reached out asking if it was an error and they said no, that's the gift card. I said it's supposed to be target and a nintendo switch. They said no it's only one or the other. I said well I obviously wasn't told that and if given a choice, I would've chosen the switch. Plus I never got a target gift card as stated, it is for verizon. But how are you going to tell me I don't qualify and in the same sentence tell me it's either one or the other? So I called and asked to speak to a manager and he told me that the previous rep escalated the issue because I was promised both and he would make sure even if my issue was turned down that I would still get it. I haven't heard anything so I reached out through chat only to find out the issue wasn't escalated and they still refuse to honor it either way. I'm extremely unhappy with verizon and their tactics to get customers to sign up and not honoring what the agent specifically told me to begin with.
