On 1/9/24, I transferred my Verizon line to another plan and added my wife. I was told in the store, that I would be receiving a rebate for picking the Unlimited Ultimate plan. I have yet to receive my rebate and I spoke with the in-store sales manager again on 1/13/24, who stated that I should have already received it. Please advise.
