I was told I was receiving a $500 e gift card, I’ve been calling and has been given the run around. Today I call and now I’m not eligible for the rebate and was misinformed even though they can see the rebate it wasn’t added on my account. This has to be the worst phone company I’ve worked with. These people fib all day and are misinforming people, this is truly bad business.
