Received free Google Pixel phone. Don't like it, never activated it. Have called Verizon 3 times to get return label. Each call was 20 minutes or longer. Each time I was told they would mail me a return label. Called on 12/17, 1/16 and 2/3. Still have not received a return label.

I'm sorry to hear you have had issues with returning your phone. We have several options available here: https://www.verizon.com/support/return-exchange-procedures/ including the return label that came with the phone, printing your own, or returning it to a Verizon Store. We will be sending you a Private Message to gather more details.

I had thought if you've had a device for longer than 30 days, it is no longer eligible for a return. The link the CSR posted earlier corroborates this. What about selling the phone to someone else, noting that the phone is locked to Verizon, and probably always will be, because a second owner won't be able to provide the proof Verizon would want for the phone to automatically unlock per the device unlocking policy?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
