I canceled my Verizon a while ago and was waiting for the return box. I never received it. I have been on customer service for the past 2 hours trying to return it and they can't locate anything. This has been such a nightmare and I am worried about it passing the 30 day deadline. Verizon customer service is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
