We purchased a Switch Lite and decided to return it to buy the Switch system. We followed the return instructions using the provided UPS label. UPS shows that the package was delivered to Whiteland IN two days later. Now Verizon is saying it was delivered to the wrong warehouse and I need to make a claim on UPS. The address came from the Verizon label so I don’t see how this is a UPS problem. I see that this is happening to many customers, so shouldn’t Verizon look at the obvious pile “misshipped” items and figure out where they should go?
