We are a residential renovation contractor in NYC (Manhattan).
We install internet on our job sites in Manhattan, single family residences, for the duration of the project.
After completing a project, I must return the router to one of 2 locations in Manhattan. The one nearest my office is :
563 2nd Ave,
New York, NY, 10016
I put it in a box with a copy of my final bill including the account number, I taped a page on the box with my account # visible and sent it to this address via courier. They would not accept the returned device. I called the store and spoke to the individual, he told me it is store policy that the customer must personally return the device.
This is ridiculous, we are a small business client, i just spent $40 on this and now i will have to pay the courier to return the item to me or to Verizon again. And if not returned in time i will be charged $200- $300 .

We are sorry for the issues you're encountering. We want to do as much as we can to help. Would it be safe to assume your account is a business account?
