Hello I canceled my ONE line with Verizon. I was told when I canceled that l'd receive a return shipping label. I have not received it and somehow Verizon already damaged my credit score for "taking longer than 30 days" to return phone. Even though it hasn't even been 2 weeks since I bought it. Im trying to put the order number in the My Verizon App and it is not working. I need a shipping label so I can return the phone and how to reverse the credit score damage. I got an email about paying the bill of the entire phone and I tried logging in and is basically saying I don't exist as a customer anymore.
